Carlo Jaeger, Ph.D., is co-founder and chairman of the Global Climate Forum (Berlin, Germany), professor at Potsdam University in Germany, and visiting scholar at the Academy of Disaster Reduction and Emergency Management at Beijing Normal University in China.
