Dr. Dalal Najib is the Director for Science and Engineering Capacity Development at the Policy and Global Affairs Division of the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. She holds a Ph.D. in Climate and Space Engineering and a Master of Public Policy from University of Michigan. She has over ten years of experience in science policy and international development.
