Kevin Manuel was a Professional Associate in Economics for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest and reported on macroeconomic developments in Romania and the EU. He is a data scientist by trade, specializing in machine-learning and optimization modeling for financial institutions. Kevin previously worked for one of the nation’s largest lenders, where he oversaw the risk of their loan portfolios.
