Luk Van Langenhove is affiliated with the Institute for European Studies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Mr. Van Langenhove is also a scientific coordinator at EL-CSID, a Horizon 2020 research project on science and cultural diplomacy.
The S&T community not only has the potential to play a significant role in addressing global problems, but they can also be the change agent that strengthens the policy-science nexus at the global level of governance.
