Morsy Abu Youssef is a professor at the University of Alexandria, Egypt, and served as the Egyptian cultural counselor to Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic at the Egyptian embassy in Vienna.
In this article the authors suggest a scheme for making science truly more global, while facilitating equal opportunities for all people to contribute and exchange ideas.
