Sloka Iyengar PhD, PMP is passionate about the power of science to change the world for its most vulnerable populations, and the importance of communication to affect that change. She has been volunteering as an advisor with IIE-SRF since 2018. In addition to her scientific endeavors, Sloka is also a classical Indian performer and practitioner, interested in exploring the many points of convergence between arts and the sciences.
Displaced scientists face immense challenges in rebuilding their lives. With the numbers of forcibly displaced people at a record high, the displacement of scientists is a diplomatic issue that needs concerted efforts from multiple stakeholders.
