Stephen Metzger is Principal of International Competitive Assessments, a management consulting and market research firm in the United States. He teaches courses related to development economics at York College and Fordham University in New York and is a visiting professor at the University of Technology, Jamaica. He earned degrees from Yale University and Rice University, where he received a PhD in Economics.
