Yudy Tibaduiza is a postdoctoral fellow at the Coordination of Scientific Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and lecturer in Political Science at its Acatlán Faculty of Higher Studies. She is a coordinator of research at the academic program “Chair in Science Diplomacy and Scientific Heritage” and an academic leader at Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) Mexico.


This article documents important examples of vaccine policies and diplomacy in Mexican history, some of them developed by new stakeholders as part of an emergent science diplomacy discourse.
