
Jacqueline McLaughlin
Jacqueline McLaughlin, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Biology at Penn State University-Lehigh Valley. Her pedagogical expertise and research on the integration of high-impact practices (HIPs) into STEM curriculum has propelled her into numerous national and international positions. Recently, she has served as Visiting Professor at Jiangnan University, China; Jefferson Science Fellow, U.S. Department of State, Office of S&T Cooperation; and, Embassy Science Fellow, U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, Romania. Presently, she serves as the Founding Director of Penn State’s CHANCE program, and Special Counselor to the Vice-Rector of Research at the University of Bucharest, Romania.
