Katherine E. Himes

Dr. Katherine E. Himes was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS, publisher of Science & Diplomacy) Overseas Science Fellow at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Mission to Central Asia, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 2013 to 2015. She is an adjunct professor in the Master of Public Administration Program at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
