Nevia Vera is a post-doctoral researcher at Argentina’s National Council of Scientific and Technological Research (CONICET), and member of the Center of Interdisciplinary Studies on Local and International Affairs (CEIPIL) at the University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNICEN), Argentina. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from National University of San Martin (UNSAM).
