Peter Hotez, M.D., Ph.D., is a professor and the Texas Children’s Hospital Endowed Chair in Tropical Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. In 2015–16, he served as the U.S. Science Envoy for vaccine diplomacy in the Middle East and North Africa for the State Department and White House.
